Glenmore Underpass Stormwater Lister Station Upgrade

The project consisted of the removal of existing electrical, mechanical and structural elements to enable new systems to be installed as part of an upgrade. This upgrade consisted of the demolition of the existing HVAC system and generator, the integration of new electrical instrumentation with old pump panels, the installation of structural steel elements as well as new hatches and doors and the purchasing and installing of a new generator with new slab and pile foundations for backup power. 

Graham’s scope of work took place while the station remained operational and coordinated with the City to allow for their yearly clean of the lift station to take place just prior to the bypass pumping works, creating a smoother operation for the bypass pumping.
