Carvolth Business Park – Phase 1

The proposed Carvolth Business Park in Langley, BC will be delivered using a phased construction approach. Phase 1 of this project consists of the construction of a new 208,454 sq. ft., 12-storey office tower, with a 300,841 sq. ft., three-level underground parkade.

Subsequent phases will include an additional office building to total 415,479 sq. ft. of office space and a seven-storey hotel with 264 rooms and amenity spaces.

Carvolth Business Park has been in development for several years with construction delayed due to several challenges within the market. The Graham team provided preconstruction services prior to commencing enabling works at the end of January 2022. Construction is slated for an April 2022 start.
