Graham Announces Appointment of Thomas Grell as Executive Vice President, Services

Graham, a leading provider of construction and engineering solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Grell as Executive Vice President, Services.

Thomas brings nearly three decades of progressive leadership experience and a proven track record of success across diverse industries including Chemicals, Life Sciences, Renewables, Mining, and Oil & Gas. His strategic acumen and focus on business and project success, safe delivery, and client relationships, make him a valuable addition to Graham’s executive leadership team.

Prior to joining Graham, he held key leadership positions with ABB and AMEC/Wood plc, where he led billion-dollar businesses across multiple market sectors in the Americas. His expertise in driving high-performing teams and fostering innovation aligns with Graham’s commitment to excellence and growth.

Thomas holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and business administration from the Technical University of Hamburg in Germany, complemented by his service in the German Navy.

In his new role, Thomas will lead the Services division, formerly known as Maintenance & Turnaround. With a focus on exceptional safety results, repeat business with key clients, and sustained growth, he will drive efforts to diversify the Services business through acquisitions, new services, and market expansion while fostering integration opportunities within Graham.
